Prep Time:10 min | Total Time:30 min | Makes:1-1/4 qt. or 5 servings.
1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp. oil
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1-1/2 cups water
2 cups assorted cut-up vegetables
(sliced carrots, broccoli florets and chopped red peppers)

1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
1/2 cup instant white rice, uncooked (pasta instead)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
COOK and stir chicken in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high
heat 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
ADD broth, water, vegetables and salad dressing mix. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 min.
STIR in rice and parsley; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
